The chest measurement should be considered first over weight. If you sit between two sizes exactly, we recommend going with the smaller size as it may fit better over time.

The germanium chip is a form of metal. Each bra comes with two pairs of removable padding. One of the pairs contain the built-in germanium chip while the other one doesn't. The underwear also has the built-in germanium chip. Please let your health professional know when you are about to undergo procedures or scans such as MRI or CT Scans.

If we have already shipped your order, you can still exchange your goods within 14 days from the day you receive the goods as long as product is unopened and in it's original condition. The return of the item is made at your own cost. After we received the product and inspected that the product is unopened and is in original condition, bill amount will be refunded. We do not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.
